Our co-working kitchen was created for those who want to cook in a cooperative environment.
Perhaps that dream you had of creating a cafe wasn’t possible due to strict health and safety rules.
Here at Morino-Office, we pride ourselves in providing a kitchen that has been approved by the public health centre for “General canteens, catering and lunch boxes”
By registering as a co-working kitchen member and obtaining a business license from a local health centre, you can start your food and beverage business at low risk.

How To Start Using:

  1. Please contact us

  2. The office staff will hold a meeting with you to discuss how you’d like to use the kitchen

  3. Submission of necessary documents

  4. Register as a "Co-Working Kitchen" membership. We will then issue a membership card

  5. We will then provide you our kitchen address and kits drawings

  6. Please submit an “Application for Business Permission under the Food Sanitation Law” at the Suwa Health Center

  7. As soon as the permission is granted, you’re free to use the kitchen
